Amal practices ethical manufacturing processes that goes beyond the shop floor and includes initiatives for the preservation of hand embroidery, skills training for craftsmen which helps to future-proof this craft. We work with Fair Wage Network in order to make sure that all our artisans feel respected and their skills are properly valued, which starts with ensuring living wage for all our artisans and every other member of our team.

All products are exclusively made in our SA 8000 certified ateliers.
